Paul Cerejo
Paul Cerejo has been working in the construction industry for well over 35 years. In previous roles as head of operations for a nationwide solar carport company, he oversaw all aspects of construction and managed over sixty million own projects every year, Nationwide, including RV & Boat Storage, Solar, and Regular Carport installations. Paul’s vast knowledge and experience in the construction industry are essential to successful project execution.
Prior experience, Paul worked for large General Contractors starting in 1999 in the Bay Area, California region, overseeing multi-million-dollar projects, which consisted of public and private work. The types of projects consisted of new construction and modernizations of schools, hospitals, libraries, churches, bus transportation facilities, BART stations, multi-family housing, as well as various other types of government buildings for local, state, and federal agencies.
This vast amount of experience while working as a General Contractor has led Paul to be successful as the industry leader in RV & Boat Storage, Solar, and Regular Carport projects nationwide. Paul has the experience of dealing with all aspects of any project while collaborating with other subcontractors, general contractors, architects, engineers, owners, construction managers, consultants, and government agencies.
Joven Cuenco
Joven has over thirty-five years of experience in the Construction and Facility Management industry. His recent senior-level position as a Pre- Construction Director spearheaded sales
and design with an emphasis on overseeing all pre-construction operations from bid review, design, estimating, and proposal to sales and awarding of solar structures, carports, RV and storage installations nationwide with over 500 projects completed in the past 21 plus years including 500 megawatts of solar structures and over 14 million square feet of solar carports and over 350 million square feet of RV storage and carports. Joven is focused on ensuring construction projects are prepared for successful implementation, from design to completion.
His previous experience in working for general contractors in various multi-million dollar projects including but not limited to multifamily homes, Alta Bates Hospital, John Muir Hospital HVAC and firewall compliant upgrades, remodels of buildings for high profile clients such as Bank of America, Nations Bank, Wells Fargo, Liberty Mutuals, Cal Fed Credit Union, etc., as well as utility and systems upgrades for Data Centers nationwide for Bank of America, and Wells Fargo Bank and other high profile private clients.
Joven’s experience has allowed him to exceed project goals and cultivate strong client relationships. It provided me with the necessary knowledge to be sensitive to clients' ongoing business live operations in Facility Operations developing programs and risk assessment analysis to design an effective construction implementation schedule and program to complete necessary construction projects in sensitive areas of operations such as banks, data centers, and other financial and health institutions.
